Associate Principal Product Lead – Data Analytics and AI

This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and develop strategic data and AI products that align with our business goals. You'll be part of a team that delivers AI-powered solutions, such as AI-Powered Drug Development, Generative AI, and Digital Twins.

Accountabilities
As an Associate Principal Product Lead, you will support the development of technical products that align with customer needs and business objectives. You will collaborate with DA&AI teams to design and deploy innovative tools and products. Your role will also involve managing end-to-end product delivery by breaking down Epics into technical stories, ensuring technical and operational quality. You will participate in research and evaluation of technologies to drive continuous improvement and work closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
 

Essential Skills/Experience:
 

• Strong foundation in Data Analytics and AI technologies.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in Agile product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field.

Desirable
• Master’s, MBA, or PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience in Product/Project Management in Data, Analytics & AI solutions.
• Previous experience in a multinational company or pharmaceutical environment.
