We are seeking a Master Data Specialist to join our core team at the Shared Service Centre in Warsaw. Your role will be pivotal in establishing a best-in-class service. As part of the Data Management Team, you’ll focus on operational excellence across our global locations, standardizing data and driving automation.

Your main tasks
- Report the effects of work, KPIs and changes in processes to the Master Data Manager
- Secure tasks related to the master data management processes and ensuring effective cooperation in this respect with other departments
- Demonstrate the understanding of business environment in given area (awareness of supplier and customer data management area and specifics would be a plus)
- Participate and support transition of activities to SSC in Warsaw
- Prove the ability to communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures (both internally within led team and externally)
- Ensure process quality with effective issue solution implementation
- Standardize and automate Master Data processes
- Responsibility for the compliance of the entrusted process with the specified data management policy and other internal and external regulations
- Update Data Management policies and SOP procedures
- Support Data Management related projects and GBS Strategy
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Global Master Data Management
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is essential
- Strong analytical background
- Excellent Excel skills (VBA is nice to have)
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for process improvement
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
- Excellent command of the English language.
