Cherre is seeking a dynamic BI Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of our cutting-edge front-end product suite to clients. At Cherre, we leverage Power BI to empower our clients with insights and analytics derived from complex datasets integrated within our platform. As a BI Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable visuals and insights that drive business decisions.
Your SQL skills must be strong in order to turn data within the platform into actionable visuals for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, customer success, and clients to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven dashboards and reports.
  • Dashboard Development: Utilize Power BI to create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards that communicate insights effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Data Modeling and SQL: Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable data models. Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data within the platform.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that data models and visualizations align with overall product strategy and client requirements.
  • Client Interaction: Present dashboard solutions to clients, gather feedback, and refine deliverables to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate: Partner with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to understand and communicate the value of your work.
  • Client Engagement: Present your work to clients, explain the insights derived, and incorporate feedback to refine and optimize dashboards.

You bring

  • SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and visuals.
  • Power BI Expertise: Proven experience in developing sophisticated dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
  • Data Modeling: Skilled in building flexible and efficient data models that support scalable BI solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Enterprise BI Experience: Familiarity with enterprise-level BI use cases, deliverables, and best practices.

Great to have

  • Real Estate or Financial Accounting Experience: Knowledge of real estate data or financial accounting principles is a plus.
