    You as a Data Analyst will:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders from People & Culture, Finance and consultants to understand data conversion requirements for the HRIS/FMS migration project.
    • Analyze and map data from legacy HRIS and FMS systems to the new HRIS/FMS platform, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the new system's data structures and Business Owners’ requirements.
    • Perform data quality checks, identify data discrepancies, and implement cleansing strategies to ensure the integrity of migrated data.
    • Work closely with the implementation team to resolve any data-related issues and support the configuration of the new HRIS/FMS system to meet business needs.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, conversion logic, and data mapping guides.
    • Participate in data validation activities.

    Is this the right role for you?

      • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics/statistics, engineering, information systems or equivalent. Plus 2-4 years of experience in data analysis.
      • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficiency with data analysis tools, such as Excel, Python, R and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
      • Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques.
      • Working knowledge of HR and financial business processes is an asset.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
