We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data and Integration Service Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the services and requests related to data and integration, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered efficiently. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent service management skills and a deep understanding of data integration technologies.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of data analytic and integration services, ensuring they meet business needs and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Act as a point of contact for data and integration service requests, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Develop and maintain service management processes, including request intake, prioritization, and resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, data science, and business units, to understand service requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all service delivery activities.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on service performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve service management processes and methodologies.

 

 

Education and experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in managing data and integration services
  • Strong understanding of data integration technologies and methodologies.
  • Excellent service management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality services on time and within SLAs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data governance and security practices.
  • Proficiency in service management tools and software.
