You will be joining the Institutional Services function that allows us to deliver a comprehensive, holistic approach to each client relationship — for asset managers and asset owners, insurance companies, and official institutions globally. What you will be responsible for

  • Development and production of meaningful analytics and metrics to facilitate an in-depth understanding of client growth and client retention.
  • Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Identify and monitor KPIs and OKRs that impact sales and client growth, delivering clear and concise score carding and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to present complex data in an understandable format for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Generate additional data projects to help inform sales strategy.
  • Partner with relevant teams to develop and maintain deep commercial insights through market research, competitive intelligence, and business analytics.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or related role.
  • Advanced level skills with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is preferred.
  • BS/BA degree in business or related discipline. Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA)
  • Experience in asset servicing / asset management industry preferred.
  • State Street experience is a plus.

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $142,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
