We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Architect role for our Italian Market. The Technical Architect will be part of the consulting team, in the Digital Experience Cloud field organization, based in Italy.

The team: Adobe’s EMEA consulting delivery team is a dynamic group of outstanding consultants who partner with customers to define, execute and govern digital marketing strategies, so they can realize the most value from their Adobe investment.

ADA stands for Architecture Data, Insights, Personalization & Activation. The ADA  line of business owns solution expertise & delivery for key solutions like Adobe Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, Core Services and Experience Platform Apps.

The role: We would love a senior consultant to join the ADA team to deliver measurable benefits to clients and to lead internal initiatives that drive customer success. What you'll do

· Be an Adobe Consultant responsible for delivering value to clients through their deployment and use of Adobe technology

· Build strong partnerships with clients, understand their business objectives and propose Adobe solutions that will accelerate client success

· Provide technical leadership to Adobe PS delivery teams to delivery projects on time, on budget and on value

· Collaborate with other teams across the Adobe eco system (e.g. Professional Sales, Customer Success, Product development & engineering, etc.) to champion your clients’ needs & success and in turn grow the Adobe consulting business

· Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by knowing the latest Adobe digital experience technologies and solutions through internally and externally available learning opportunities as well as self-study

· Contribute to Adobe’s ADA practices and share on the ground customer feedback with product engineering and product managers to improve the product capabilities

· Create referenceable customers who are eager to share their successes with the marketing community

What you'll need to succeed

Consulting Skills

· Experience in client facing roles

· Ability to gain trust with customers and guide them along the engagement towards success

· Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written

· Comfortable interacting with and communicating for impact and change within all levels of an organization both internally and externally, including business and technical audience

· Ability to handle ambiguity in a proactive, goal-oriented, and highly professional way

· Confident ability to lead, collaborate, triage, and make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment

· Be a team-player and support other roles in your environment

· Understand when to involve other team members to remove blockers

· Willingness to travel to work with clients as appropriate (could be up to 30%)

· Fluent in English, German speaker preferable

Technical Skills

· Proven multi-year experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AA, AT, AAM, Launch)

· Proficient with web technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML, database management and APIs

· Knowledge of industry trends in the areas of data & insights, personalization, visitor identification & activation, tag management, privacy & consent management

· Knowledge of data science, Python scripting language & experience with mobile platforms development is a plus
