The team you'll be part of

Nokia’s Nokia Business Services (NBS) Data Governance and Master Data Services (DGMDS) (PMD) People Master Data organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.

As part of the Data Governance and Master Data Services organization, Data Management (DM) Team is accountable for implementing all the Employee Life Cycle related events from Hire to Retire in our leading HR systems (SAP/Oracle HCM). Our scope covers 41 European countries with a strong focus on data quality. 

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

•    Be responsible for our short/mid goals
•    Monitor and ensure the quality of data maintained in main HR systems
•    Be part of projects could include harmonization of processes and systems to achieve the new Agile HR
•    Work with regional teams to review action plan to reduce gaps between local practices and global core model 
•    Create and update work instructions to provide a solid platform for daily work and foster natural way of competence transfer
•    Contribute to a different HR tools, process or product development project or product evaluation/improvement of own field of expertise
•    Deal with regular/ad-hoc data maintenance in SAP/Oracle HCM and in other global HR tools based on incoming approved requests in a timely manner.

Your skills and experience

 If you have the skills below, you are a solid candidate for this position:

•   Analytical skills
•   Fluency in English 
•   Minimum BSc/BA degree 
•   Confident in Microsoft 365
•   Internal motivation to grow and learn 
•   Experience with and SAP, Oracle or similar system
•   Resilience to cope with sometimes repeating tasks
•   Collaboration skills with high level of assertiveness
•   Understanding and experience of Data Quality related activities
•   Experience with HR related processes is an advantage

 

If you have many of the following skills and know these domains, you are very close to our ideal candidate for this position:

  • Basic understanding of Agile SW Development framework2
  • Fluent in Hungarian is an advantage
