We are seeking a passionate seasoned leader to join our central Data Team. You will  lead the Data Insights team, playing a key role in driving value through strategic decision-making across the organization. Being the key partner to the executive team, you will be answering the most critical business questions. You will collaborate closely with analytics engineers, data scientists and data engineers to design and implement data strategies, aligned with our company’s goals and objectives. You are going to set new standards of data-driven decision-making through fostering data literacy and ensuring operational efficiency.

Your Role in Our Journey 

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing data team
• Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to shape organizational strategy through data-driven insights and impactful analysis.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering teams to craft a comprehensive data analytics strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives
• Drive innovation through adaptation of new tools & technologies in BI area to maintain a clean, accurate, and efficient data governance framework.
• Set a new standard in data-driven decision making through translating complex data into actionable recommendations, generating tangible business impact
• Establish and continuously improve a comprehensive & well-structured frameworks for data governance, decision-making and prioritization
• Identify data utilization opportunities for business process improvements

Your impact 

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics with 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong analytical background, with proven experience in building and leading high performing data teams
• Outstanding data storytelling skills and expertise in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
• Expertise in querying and manipulating large datasets using SQL or other querying languages.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders at executive level
• Strong business acumen. Domain expertise in Marketing, Product or Customer Analytics is a plus
• Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and organizational qualities.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, data governance principles, and ETL processes is a plus
• Knowledge of statistical tools (e.g., R, Python) and experience with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, causal inference) is a plus
