We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Management Data Analyst to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis and an understanding of supply chain management processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, developing and maintaining performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement in our supply chain management process.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain management process and ensure the timely delivery of goods.

To be successful in the position requires balancing excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities 
  • Design, develop & deploy advanced analytical solutions, to facilitate data-driven decision making.

  • Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with business stakeholders, to ensure a deep
    understanding of business needs and delivery of relevant and effective solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to define and build reliable data products and pipelines.

  • Communicate insights effectively, via interactive and user-friendly Power BI dashboards.

  • Support business users with training and onboarding to BI solutions.

  • Set and follow best-practices to ensure highest data quality and reliability standards.

  • Proactively identify, resolve and optimize performance and user experience issues.

  • Maintain effective and up-to-date documentation and training / onboarding materials.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as Business / Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer or similar.

  • Proven hands-on experience with delivering exceptional data products and analytics solutions.

  • Proven ability to present and communicate meaningful insights and recommendations.

  • Expert level proficiency with SQL and Power BI – a must.

  • Proficiency with Python – an advantage.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce, supply-chain management - an advantage.

  • Self-learner, problem-solver, multi-tasker and a team-player.

  • Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form (C1 level or equivalent).

  • Background in a STEM degree, relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience
