  • Nurture the technical and behavioural development of your analysts, helping them grow their skills, enhance performance, and reach their full potential.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the broader Data & Analytics strategy, aligning input with overall business objectives.
  • Build data sets via SQL and models in DBT to support downstream reporting, integrating with third-party tools such as our Customer Data Platform and personalisation services.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and insights across web and app platforms.
  • Provide meaningful insights and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance user engagement, conversion, and retention across Immediate’s digital platforms and subscription offerings.
  • Drive innovation in how the business analyses, models, and predicts user behaviour, pushing forward the analytics maturity curve.
  • Elevate data literacy across the company by leading workshops, providing training, and playing a key role in the Data Academy to promote effective use of reporting and data tools.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in data analytics or a related role, preferably within media, e-commerce, or digital products.
  • At least 2–3 years of direct people management experience, with a proven track record of mentoring and leading teams.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau.
