ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the implementation of Master Scheduling process:

• Create reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
• Develop and implement tools and dashboards using new technologies.
• Work with users to gather requirements and provide status updates.
• Consolidating data from different departments identifying internal and external bottlenecks. 
• Provide support and feedback throughout implementation life cycle.
• Collaborate with users and Master Scheduling team to meet implementation goals.
• Identify deviations or inconsistent data.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience with data analysis. Proficiency with data analytics and analytics software.
• Knowledge of Power BI and other data visualization and reporting platforms.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (JDE or SAP) preferable.
• Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.

• Master Scheduling or Planning experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to leverage data from multiple sources to create a centralized view of data.
• Project management skills.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Autonomous, accountable, and transparent approach.
