Insight Analyst-Product

We are seeking a Product Insight Analyst to play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across our product teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in the online gaming industry (sports betting an advantage), and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. This role can be based in Hyderabad and will report to the Head of Analytics Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse product performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to inform product development and enhancement strategies
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive product innovation and user engagement
• Support the product team in setting and achieving strategic goals and KPIs
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in product analysis, preferably within the online gaming or tech industry
• Proficient in SQL, Microstrategy or similar visualization tools
• Experience with A/B testing and other quantitative research methods
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Sport betting knowledge an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Python experience an advantage
• Knowledge of the online gaming industry and market trends
