Air Liquide Austria supplies the Austrian market with technical and medical gases, associated application technology and equipment. A total of 250 employees throughout Austria are always close to our customers. Air Liquide Austria's headquarter is located in Schwechat near Vienna.

Air Liquide Austria supplies the Austrian market with technical and medical gases, the associated application technology and equipment. Presentation of the team and business activities

VitalAire is strongly engaged in the “Value-Based Healthcare” strategy, based on the works of Michael Porter and aiming at providing the best outcomes for the patients and the customers at the best costs for the healthcare system. We are proud to promote this innovative strategy, along with other healthcare players around the globe. Data analysis, in order to assess existing pain points internally and in the healthcare system, and to measure the impact of our actions, is a key cornerstone of this strategy.

The department Finance & IT works in close collaboration with all the different departments of VitalAire - from operations, customer services, sales & marketing to finance, HR and other shared services departments.
We are based in the Austrian head office in Schwechat next to Vienna.

 

You will have the following main missions:

1. Support the entity in data-analytics and data consolidation, by designing a reporting landscape and building performance analyses, dashboards & presentations, with special focus on sales & finance.

2. Promote the usage & deployment of Business Analysis, Commercial performance and Market intelligence tools, reports and key performance indicators, within the management & the sales & operational teams

3. Work on ad-hoc studies and projects (strategy & business related) Power BI and Salesforce will be your main tools to support you in your mission.

Are you a match?

Education:

Master degree in business administration, engineering, finance or data analytics

Soft and Hard Skills

Must have:
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Willingness to work with data and experience in dealing with large amounts of data
Enterprising, curious, autonomous, willing to reach out
You impress with your hands-on mentality and your ability to work in a team
Good understanding of processes
Open to new things and curious about the world of work

Nice to have:
German language skills are an advantage
Initial experience with PowerBi
Experience with Google applications such as Docs, Spreadsheets, Drive etc.
First project experience in the field of digital business

Language

English fluency is Must have.

German is Nice to have.
