MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), Düsseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland). We provide IT & Business operations support to 31 countries, speak 24+ languages and process over 18,000 transactions a day. Job Description

• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex/multi datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies. Convert business requirements into actionable item and share insights.
• Strong in collaboration i.e. connect with stakeholders to understand their needs and work closely with them to ensure alignment and make them data-driven.
• Knowledge of databases, data collection systems and apply to data analytics strategies to enhance statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Lead analysis research initiatives, taking full responsibility and accountability. Proactively escalate issues and navigate internal teams effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder insights across all delivered projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• At least 4+ years of experience data analysis
• Python, MS Excel and T Sql.
