Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing code and programming languages, with a focus on implementing deep learning algorithms. This role will involve working on cutting-edge projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and identify AI-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI models, including large language models (LLMs), computer vision, or data science-based solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prototype, develop, and implement AI solutions that align with clients’ business goals.
• Write comprehensive proposals outlining AI strategies, technical approaches and deployment strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.

Requirements

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AI/ML, including working with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience in designing, training, and fine-tuning AI models.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design AI solutions from scratch.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts and proposals to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in writing detailed technical proposals and presenting AI strategies.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data pipelines is a plus.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large language models (LLMs), NLP, or computer vision.
• Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
