Associate Technical Architect - Machine Learning

Required Experience: 5 to 8 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

•  Helping the Technical Architect in building Gen-AI, LLM solution architectures leveraging open source technologies and models such as Llama, Mistral etc. and NVIDIA SDKs / GPUs. 
• Driving the technical discussions with clients along with Project Managers. 
• Creating Effort Estimation matrix of Solutions/Deliverables for Delivery Team 
• Implementing LLM/NLP solutions and architectures, including data pre-processing, feature engineering, model deployment, compatibility with downstream tasks, edge/error handling. 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as MLEs, software engineers, and product managers, to identify business needs and provide technical guidance. 
• Mentoring and coaching junior MLE/GenAI engineers. 
• Sharing knowledge through knowledge-sharing technical presentations. 

Skill Set Required: 

• Experience for 1+ years in building end to end Machine Learning pipelines.
• 4+ years of hands-on machine learning experience. 
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like Pytorch or Tensorflow. 
• Experience with open source models like Llama, Mistral, Alpaca, X-gen etc.
• Experience with Transformer based NLP/LLM problems like Q&A, information extraction from the text & classification & Semantic Search is a must. 
• Experience with traditional NLP concepts such as BoW models, word embeddings, and Python NLP toolkit such as spacy, NLTK. 
• Commitment & Self Motivation suitable to a start-up team. 
• Experience with agile product development & Software delivery lifecycle.
