Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage 2025 - Analyse et Gouvernance de Données (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus SAS sur son site de Toulouse - Blagnac.

Vous rejoindrez le département « HR Data Office and International Mobility» au sein de la fonction H.

Votre stage consistera à: Participer à l’implémentation de la qualité des données en analysant et optimisant nos données, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes situées en France, Espagne, Allemagne et Royaume-Uni!

Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois commencera en Janvier 2025 (la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue).

Tâches et responsabilités:

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. 

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes:

• Assister le bureau RH des données

  • Contribuer à la Stratégie des Données RH sur les sujets de gouvernance de données, afin de définir un cadre dans lequel les services de données RH (Distribution, Reporting, Analyse) pourront se développer

  • Contribuer à la mise en place de procédures visant à la sécurité et à la conformité

• Assister l’implémentation de la qualité des données RH

  • Collecter les données et les “nettoyer”: extraire les données depuis les sources RH existantes afin de vérifier leur qualité et les préparer à être analysées 

  • Analyse des données: Utiliser les outils visuels et les méthodes statistiques afin d'identifier les tendances et en extraire les visions clés 

  • Création de tableau de bord: développer des visualisations interactives afin de communiquer efficacement les résultats d’analyse

Votre carte d’embarquement :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac+ 4 / 5 (ou équivalent)  dans le domaine du Digital, Data Management ou une discipline apparentée? Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

• Connaissance des concepts clés en science informatique et données:

  • Maîtrise de langage de programmation (Python)

  • Goût prononcé pour les outils visuels

  • Connaissance de Google Workspace

• Intérêt pour la Gestion de Projet

• Tourné(e) vers le détail, organisé (e), et capable de s’adapter à un environnement international

• Maîtrise de Google Suite et Microsoft Excel

• Maîtrise des applications de management digital et d’outils collaboratifs

Vous démontrez également les qualités suivantes:

• Curieux(se)

• Autonome

• esprit analytique

• Excellente communication

• Esprit d’équipe

Vous souhaitez travailler dans un environnement transnational, innovant, et motivé par l’innovation. Vous êtes autonome et visez votre propre développement.

Compétences linguistiques attendues :

• Anglais: avancé

We offer an internship: « Data Governance & Data anlaytics (f/m) » at Airbus SAS in Toulouse - Blagnac.

As part of the HR Data Office and International Mobility teams within H function, you will be supporting the data quality implementation by analyzing and optimizing our data and working closely with our teams located in France, Spain, Germany and Great Britain! 

Ideally, this is a 6-month internship and it should start in January 2025 (date subject to flexibility). 

Main tasks and activities:

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

You will contribute to the following:

• Support HR Data office

  • Contributing to the HR Data strategy on Data Governance topics to define a framework in which the HR Data Services (Distribution, Reporting, Analytics) can be developed

  • Contributing to the establishment of processes to ensure security, and compliance.

• Support HR data quality implementation:

  • Data collection and cleaning: Extract data from HR Data  sources to verify its quality and prepare it for analysis.

  • Data analysis: Use visualization tools and statistical methods to identify trends and extract key insights.

  • Dashboard creation: Develop interactive visualizations to effectively communicate analysis results.

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+4 / 5  in Data Management, Digital(or equivalent), and you possess the following knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of key concepts in data and information science:

  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python)

  • Interest in data visualization tools 

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace

• Interest in project management

• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in an international environment

• Proficient in Google Suite applications and Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in digital management applications and collaborative tools

You wish to work in a transnational, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.
You are autonomous and aim to drive your own development.

Qualities:

Curiosity, autonomy, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and teamwork abilities.

Language skills:

• English: advanced

• French: advanced
