If you are looking for stimulating challenges and the chance to contribute your ideas for process improvement in an ever-growing company, IRCA is the right place.  Purpose of Position: We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our Demand Planning team in the Supply Chain department.  

Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data related to sales forecasts, inventory, and supply chain processes. 
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of demand forecasting models. 
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to help optimize inventory management and improve forecasting accuracy. 
  • Support the team in creating dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing) to provide data-driven insights for decision making. 
  • Assist in ad-hoc data analysis projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education:Data Science/Analyst, Statistics, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.  
  • Professional Skills:Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  • Language Skills:Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory  
  • Computer Skills:Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (pivot tables, etc.) and/or statistical tools like Python, R, or SQL. 
  • Behavioural Requirements: Excellent communication and relational and problem-solving skills.  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
