Your mission

We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Data Analyst to join our Finance Team and be responsible for providing support in business KPIs optimization, and systems reconciliation. Will be in charge of:
- Collection and analyses of data coming from different systems (i.e., data warehouse, databases, and web apps);
- Drafting reports, presentations, and business analyses related also, but not only, to web analytics services through BI tools;
- Taking care of churn and retention analysis, funnel optimization, A/B testing, customer scoring, and predictive modeling;
- Interacting with different teams, especially the Software Development and Accounting ones.


Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Sound knowledge of MySQL;
- Sound knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau (aimed at creating and managing dashboards);
- Good Excel skills (i.e., complex formulas and visual charts);
- Familiarity with general economics concepts;
- Full professional proficiency in English.


Added values

- Familiarity with statistics, predictive models, and AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.);
- Sound knowledge of Python language (aimed at MySQL connections, CSV imports, connections with external sources, data processing, and data visualization);
- Good knowledge of marketing tools such as Heap.io, Funnel.io, or similar (aimed at extracting data and creating and managing dashboards);
- Proactive and willing to provide ideas and propose improvements;
- Previous experience in a SaaS company.


Location

At iubenda we believe in full-remote. Accordingly, you will be completely free and entitled to work from wherever you prefer in the world. At the same time in case you prefer to work from an office, at your disposal you have our Italian (Milan and Bologna) and German (Berlin and Hamburg) offices, to allow you to follow a hybrid work model.
