Graphic Designer

And now we are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer, who is ready to be a part of a talented international team. You will collaborate with product, business, and marketing teams to translate complex financial concepts into visually appealing and easily understandable content.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Develop visually appealing and engaging graphic designs for promotional materials, marketing campaigns and digital ads
• Develop designs for a range of platforms, including websites, mobile apps, social media, email campaigns, print materials and more
• Quickly conceptualize and execute visual content, from briefing to final delivery, in fast-paced development cycles
• Create short videos to complement marketing efforts and enhance brand awareness
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs
• Contribute to branding initiatives by designing logos, corporate identities, brand books, and related materials
• Utilize strong graphic design skills and proficiency in modern design tools to execute projects efficiently and effectively
• Continuously refine designs based on feedback and data, proactively setting creative directions
• Work in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and business, to ensure design consistency and alignment

WHAT IS THE COMPANY EXPECTING:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions in complex situations and trade-offs
• Fluent in Latvian and English, and preferably at least limited working proficiency in Russian
• Receptive to feedback with a growth mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities for learning
• Proactive work ethic, ability to manage ad-hoc projects and navigate areas of ambiguity, ability to show initiative and suggest various solutions
• Passionate about design, continuously pushing creative boundaries to set new industry standards
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Affinity Suite (Publisher, Photo, Designer)
• Expertise in designing for multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and social media
• Familiar with the basics of Figma, After Effects and motion design
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical expertise, and business acumen
• Experience or strong interest in designing for the finance or cryptocurrency sectors
• Experience in 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender will be considered as an advantage
• Familiarity with AI-based visualization tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and similar platforms will be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of design trends and developments in the crypto space will be considered as an advantage

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of successful previous work experience as a Graphic Designer
• University degree in Graphic Design or related fields
• Experience in Payment or Fintech industry will be considered as an advantage
