The Financial Crime Lifecycle Management tribe is one of 3 tribes in Financial Crime Solutions and include the Data & Modelling cluster. This cluster’s mission is to strengthen data usage in Financial Crime Risk & Prevention.

A dedicated Data Product Transformation squad drives the major transformation of Financial Crime Solutions towards a Data Driven Danske strategy, with instrumental contribution to Data Transformation projects across multiple business units.

It is a fantastic opportunity to help drive a major leap within Financial Crime Prevention in the bank. The change covers multiple strategic initiatives, involving a wide range of stakeholders, also outside Financial Crime Prevention. It is a possibility to become part of this transformation from early stage and help structure how we deliver on a very important strategy for the bank.

A highly structured, analytical and communicative personality with a natural ability to engage with stakeholders and establish visual representations of complex structures, and seek pragmatic solutions.

Depending on your skills, knowledge, and experience, you may be offered different seniority in the role.

You will:

  • Independently engage with stakeholders across business units and solutions to document an AS-IS and TO-BE logical data architecture
  • Drive consolidation of data sources across multiple use cases and solutions, with a qualitative and quantitative assessment of benefits, including leading engagement with broader data areas, such as Customer Data and Payments
  • Be an ambassador for Data Driven Danske and Data Compliance among other architects and across Financial Crime Solutions
  • Actively participate and contribute to the Data Product Transformation squad’s role as Centre of Excellence in data product transformation across Financial Crime Solutions

About you:

  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experienced data architect in financial institutions, preferably within financial crime risk and prevention
  • Experience with data transformations
  • Experience with regulatory compliance
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies
  • Ability to effectively break down and prioritise tasks and solve problems
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range from 6440 EUR to 9660 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
