We are currently seeking an Azure Developer to join our team in Barreal, Heredia, Costa Rica

Azure Developer (Databricks)

Professional responsible for creating cloud-based applications. He or she is required to test, secure, develop and deploy cloud applications.

Position overview.

The Azure Developer generates solutions-based management and automation of cloud provisioning tasks, customer support and administration of Managed Cloud Environments (MCEs), workflow and tools development, cloud architecture, and service administration.

Position's General Duties and Tasks:

• Designing and implementing highly performant data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources using Azure Databricks
• Delivering and presenting proofs of concept of key technology components to project stakeholders
• Developing scalable and re-usable frameworks for ingesting of varied data sets and data formats

Qualifications

Must have Skills:

• Expertise with Azure Databricks
• Apache Pyspark

Nice to have Skills:

• Azure Data Factory
• ADLS/Key Vaults

Education Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of experience.
