Assistant Manager

Innovation engineer with skills in Copilot Studio, LLM Models, Azure Open AI and desire to work in challenging environment and bringing concepts to functional prototypes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for participating in all phases of innovation, bringing concepts into functional prototypes.
• Stay updated with industry trends, prototype and research, and regularly meet with strategic vendors/partners for co-creation, while helping define the disruption landscape.
• Define and imagine innovation opportunities, identify potential benefits, validate concept approaches, organize concepts into hypotheses, and challenge the status quo with better ways of doing things.
• Quantify value and risk in business terms, identify risk mitigation strategies, design solutions and delivery plans, and work with leadership to prioritize delivery.
• Deliver concepts with an iterative approach, working closely with vendors/internal resources, leading and managing sprint activities, and overseeing overall delivery.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, great thinker, and quick learner, with a proven history of capturing problems and creating solutions to showcase opportunities.
• Hands-on and flexible in integrating services and systems through code or low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform to create prototypes.
• Experienced in scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, and familiar with leveraging Azure services for concept creation.
• Well-collaborate with other teams, such as data scientists and software engineers, to support the development of data-driven applications and services.
• Experience in the LLM domains, Azure OpenAI / Google platforms, Copilot Studio with launching products and services.
• Knowledge in GenAI patterns and opensource packages such as Langchain, LlamaIndex packages would be a plus.
