AI Architect

As an AI Research Workflow Orchestrator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving Wonder's AI-powered research platform. You will oversee the execution of research projects, evaluate AI-generated results, and collaborate with the team to enhance the platform's capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate Wonder’s proprietary AI-powered research agents workflows to execute secondary research to deliver on research requests from clients.
• Evaluate AI-generated research against the client’s research objectives, and iterate on approaches to prompting and workflows selected to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with research managers and research analysts to ensure the highest quality research is delivered to clients.
• Evaluate the logical processes undertaken by our proprietary AI Agent.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology and secondary research.

Requirements

• Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience with basic prompting for AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar).
• Exceptional logic and reasoning skills and the ability to think critically.
• Great attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Strategic thinking and creativity to execute AI workflows effectively and efficiently.
• An innovation mindset that embraces change in the ever-evolving AI space. 
• Exceptional time-management skills to complete work on tight deadlines.
• Strong  verbal and written English language skills.
• Note: while we are an all-remote team, regular, on-camera meetings will be required. 
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
