At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Data Analyst Senior you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. . You will support a program focused on the detection and prevention of fraud, waste, or abuse in Marketplace enrollments for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The role will allow you to utilize in-depth knowledge of advanced analytics, Marketplace guidelines, MIDAS data and program integrity guidelines to conduct research and data analyses to support potential allegations of FWA. You will conduct and document advanced research and analyses and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies to reduce or prevent future risk.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Adminstration, Public Health, Statistics/Mathmatics or related field
  • 5+ years of related experience conducting analyses of Marketplace enrollment data
  • Prior healthcare experience is a must (preferably within Medicare/Medicaid)
  • Experience using SAS, SQL, Python and/or R for data analytics and reporting
  • Experience documenting and presenting complex studies and analyses to a wide audience including senior leadership
  • Proficient in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office-Word, Excel


Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with MIDAS data and systems is highly preferred
  • Prior CMS experience
  • Ability to conceptualize, solve problems and draw conclusions
  • Highly organized, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong inter-personal and communications skills, both written and oral

The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
