The Team: 

As a BI Data Analyst at S&P Global, you will be a key individual responsible for processing and analyzing our data. Your skills will enable us to better understand our operations and make informed business decisions. You will be creating advanced dashboards and visualizations in PowerBI, modeling data with SQL and Dataform, and collaborating with various departments in the company. Your work will help us shape strategies and grow based on tangible data. 

 

Responsibilities and Impact: 

• Designing and maintaining advanced dashboards in PowerBI to serve various teams within our organization.  
• Modeling and structuring data using SQL and Dataform to ensure reliable data sources for your analyses. 
• Conducting comprehensive data analyses to identify business needs and opportunities. 
• Collaborating with different departments to ensure accurate data representation and address any discrepancies. 
• Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data to drive business decisions and improve performance. 

 

What We're Looking For: 

• Strong skills in dashboard creation and data visualization, with a preference for proficiency in PowerBI. 
• Experience with SQL; familiarity with data modeling tools, i.e, Dataform or DBT, would be beneficial. 
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable business strategies. 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficiency in English 
• A Bachelor's degree in fields such as Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields. 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
