Job Description

• Develop advanced technologies to transform the website building experience using innovative visual design tools and AI assistants

• Employ machine learning, deep learning and advanced algorithms to tackle challenging problems across multiple domains, delivering models from research to production

• Utilize massive datasets to drive innovation and enhance Wix’s core products

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products across Wix's website-building platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Applied Researcher or Data Scientist delivering production-grade models

• Master’s, Ph.D., or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a solid record of publications

• Extensive programming experience, preferably in Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Proven expertise in building models for domains such as computer vision, image and content generation, natural language processing (LLMs, agents), and data representation

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and the lifecycle of model development

• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and work both independently and within a team
