Description
The Department of Biostatistics in the School of Public Health at Yale University is seeking applicants at the rank of Assistant Professor in the Tenure Track. We are particularly interested in applicants with demonstrated records of conducting cutting-edge research in data science. Areas of interest include but are not limited to electronic medical records, digital health, large-scale data integration, and high-performance statistical computing.

Qualifications
The successful candidates will take a leading role in further developing methodological research in data science, and be engaged in collaborative research at the School of Public Health and School of Medicine. Additionally, they will contribute to the data science education program in the Department of Biostatistics through teaching at least one course at the masters/doctoral level each year and mentoring students. Applicants should have a doctoral degree by the start of the appointment in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field by the start of appointment.
