We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and outgoing individual to join our team. You are passionate about technology and data, a person who works relentlessly understanding data connections and extracting insights that can drive key business value.  You aim to please and stop at nothing to deliver for your clients. What you'll do

• Work with complex data sets to answer questions and uncover new business insights. 
• Create and build custom reports and support customer data needs  
• Partner with product managers, engineers and marketers to provide data-driven recommendations, support with ad-hoc analysis, and ensure stakeholders are asking the right questions. 
• Contribute to improving data culture. Develop and improve data processes and best practices. 
• Evangelize the use of data for sound decision making across functions. 
• Work to help customers identify trends and drive usage of the Achievers platform.  
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and data discrepancies.  

What you'll bring

• Strong proficiency with SQL-based languages. Ability to write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries under minimal direction.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, able to transform data into business insights and actionable recommendations.  
• Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with strong business acumen. 
• An interest and proficiency in the presentation and visualization of numbers and statistical data. 
• 1+ years of professional working experience in Analytics. 
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environments and manage and prioritize multiple projects. 
• Eager to learn from others and help others grow with you. 
• Experience presenting insights to stake holders both internal and external.  
• Comfortable with switching priorities and working on multiple projects at once.
