Senior Content Analyst - FIFX Pricing

The Senior Content Analyst role will be under the FIFXMM pricing team, based in Manila. The role is required to provide 24/5 coverage for Real Time, Reference and End of Day data that is supported on flagship products such as Eikon, Workspace and DataScope Suite. Responsible for ensuring content set is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner while also supporting prioritized projects. This role will be aligned with Blended (hybrid) workstyle allowing greater work-life balance.

Job Description:

• Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge.

• Provide appropriate consultancy, solutions, and advice in the areas of process evaluations, performance monitoring using statistics and handle customer issues.

• Communicate & collaborate with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries.

• Developing expertise in data related issues and build up knowledge on market practices/conventions in relevant markets.

• Monitor global market events interpreting impact of the same on our process!

• Assist Specialists in delivering projects!

• Improve customer experience by partnering closely with Customer Service team. Contribute to meeting Timeliness score as per metric, attain self-sufficiency in resolving cases.

• Identify and lead operational process improvement initiatives

• Be flexible to work in different shifts (rotational) supporting 24/5 coverage.

Knowledge & Skill:

• Professional degree and/or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts of financial markets

• Strong conceptual knowledge of ver-the-counter (OTC) instruments

• Curiosity to follow and analyze global economic and political events

• Practical knowledge of using Python, Power Automate, Advanced Excel or other low-code technologies/tools will be an added advantage
