A Manual Tester with Digital Analytics (DA) experience:

Must have DA Experience:

At least 5 years of experience with analytics tracking implementations.

Able to strategically plan test approach in early project stages while products are still hypothetical, incorporating manual/ automation framework and CI/CD tools based on early functional requirements discussions (there may not be written documentation) and manage parallel builds, late integration, MVP, and ongoing releases.

Able to understand, judge, and check sources for incoming tracking data based on Enterprise strategic tracking collection architecture, JSON and JS data layer objects & custom events in real-time in the browser, data attributes markup on content, and interactive features.

Able to provide enterprise-level leadership and collaborate at high levels on architecture needs and impacts of the digital analytics collection and maintenance infrastructure.

Capable of test planning, test plan writing, delegation, training, and troubleshooting static and dynamic front-end code and throughout the front end plus Adobe stack to identify problems and direct bug fix instructions.

Understanding of data collection and global prod-scale usage, data concepts and use traffic reports when needed to evaluate live. Scale data collection issues in addition to testing simpler single-flow scenarios.

General QA experience:

5 years of functional testing

Experience working on an agile team (Scrum preferred)

Experience with defect management tools (JIRA preferred)

Excellent Communication Skills

Defect Root Cause Analysis

Strong Test Case creation and defect documentation skills

Experience with Confluence

Mobile testing / Virtual device testing

Cross Browser Testing

SQL querying

Nice to Have:

ObservePoint

Test automation coding

Experience with Zephyr or similar tool

Exposure to Selenium and Cucumber
