What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Data Analyst, who will empower our Payments Team and drive data-based decisions across all of our products. As a Data Analyst in the Payments team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our payments platform across all products by designing reports and dashboards that distill payment and product performance data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate business requirements into analytic solutions, defining measurement metrics, selecting an appropriate statistical methodology, and creating presentation reports

• Design innovative reports and dashboards that make it easy to understand payments/product performance at a glance

• Identify problems and opportunities through data analysis and supporting the teams in developing strategic solutions

• Proactively recommend ideas for optimize and improve performance efficiency

• Collaborate closely with Payments and Analytics teams to provide regular updates on the effectiveness of key monitored measures

Required skills:

• 2+ years experience working as a Data Analyst

• Advanced in SQL or PostgreSQL

• Experience with BI tools (preferably Tableau)

• Strong knowledge of Excel

• Ability to communicate in English

Will be a plus:

• Working experience with payments

• Experience with Python (Pandas, Numpy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels)

• Experience with GIT
