We are seeking an innovative and strategic Director, Data Analytics & AI to spearhead our AI-driven initiatives and lead a team of experts in delivering transformative, data-driven solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data science, analytics, and artificial intelligence, alongside a proven ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies that drive growth and competitive advantage.

Position Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute a forward-thinking AI, data, and analytics strategy aligned with company goals and market demands.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives to align data initiatives with business objectives and drive GTM (Go-to-Market) offerings tailored to various segments.
• Client & Partner Engagement:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, understanding their business needs and delivering bespoke AI and data solutions.
• Foster strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term collaboration.
• Lead presentations and discussions with clients to showcase the impact and value of AI-driven insights.
• Operational Excellence:
• Oversee and manage multiple concurrent data projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery that exceeds client expectations.
• Optimize team resources and establish efficient workflows to meet project deadlines and business goals.
• Regularly report progress, insights, and project outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Thought Leadership & Innovation:
• Stay at the forefront of AI, data analytics, and emerging technologies, continuously driving innovation within the team.
• Publish thought leadership content, including whitepapers, case studies, and articles that highlight the firm’s expertise in AI and data analytics.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and events to build the brand’s reputation as a leader in the field.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading AI, data, and analytics teams, with a focus on delivering business growth.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, data analytics platforms, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and C-level executives.
