  • Prepares source data by compiling and sorting information as per the domains described by regulatory standards, establishing JAWDA KPI, internal hospital KPIs, and other regulatory audits.
  • Reviews data for deficiencies; resolves discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the head of the department for resolution.
  • Maintains data collection requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the head of the department as required.
  • Complies with all OSH and infection control policies, standards, and procedures, and cooperates with hospital management to meet those requirements.
  • Works in accordance with documented OSH procedures, instructions, and specific responsibilities.
  • Is familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
  • Notifies OSH hazards, incidents, near misses, and assists with the preparation of risk assessments and incident reports.
  • Complies with waste management procedures and policies.
  • Attends applicable OSH/Infection control training programs, mock drills, and awareness programs.
  • Participates in the OSHMS audits, inspections, ensuring standards are maintained.
  • Uses appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems when applicable.
  • Complies with reasonable OSH instructions, policies, and safe working procedures.
  • Is familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
  • Does not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone’s health and safety.
  • Assists with the preparation of risk assessments.
  • Practices reducing, reusing, and recycling waste as much as possible

    Computer literate with advanced MS-office.
