Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Business Strategy Lead to join our rapidly-growing company. As Business Strategy Lead you will be responsible for steering Anaconda toward its long-term goals by developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic initiatives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that Anaconda’s vision is translated into actionable plans that drive growth, enhance competitiveness, and improve overall performance.  This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage cross-functional programs across the organization to with leaders at all levels

• Lead the strategic planning process, which involves setting objectives, analyzing market conditions, and identifying strategic priorities for the upcoming year.

• Analyzes competitors’ strategies, strengths, and weaknesses to inform the company's strategic positioning and differentiate its products or services in the market.

• Guides the organization through change, ensuring that strategic initiatives are implemented smoothly and effectively.

• Analyzes business performance data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure objectives are met.

What You Need:

• 2-5 years of investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar experience demonstrating the ability to produce high quality analysis with quantitative rigor

• Demonstrated experience working across organizations to drive change in a fast paced, growth phase environment with the intellectual curiosity and initiative to find solutions
