Anaconda is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our growing company. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your design skills and apply them to the world of data science and machine learning.


What You’ll Do:

  •  Collaborate with the UX team to define and shape the Anaconda product experience, aligning design direction with overall product strategy.

  •  Act as the voice of the user, championing user-centric design principles throughout the product design process.

  •  Design, validate, and iterate on design concepts based on user feedback, working closely with UX Researchers to gather and interpret user data.

  • Work collaboratively with the UX team to define and shape the Anaconda product experience, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.

  • Create comprehensive user flows, wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.

  • Partner closely with engineers and product teams and PM’s to implement product designs efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless transition from design to development.

  • Translate project requirements into designs that leverage the Anaconda design system, maintaining consistency and scalability across all projects.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of information architecture and product taxonomy, enhancing usability and findability for our users.

  • Identify and address UX problems, including issues related to accessibility, usability, and overall user experience within the product.

  •  Facilitate communication among stakeholders to maintain alignment and awareness of project goals, progress, and challenges.


What You Need:

  • Demonstrated experience as a UX Designer, with a strong focus on user-centric product design principles.

  • Strong understanding of user flows, information architecture, and optimizing user experiences within product designs.

  • Proficiency in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma and Adobe CC.

  • Experience working with design systems and translating requirements into designs that leverage existing systems.

  • Knowledge of UX best practices, including accessibility standards and principles.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).



What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • A stellar portfolio showcasing strong interaction and visual design skills

  • Experience with CSS, HTML, and other web technologies

  • Experience with Adobe CC tools.

  • Previous experience in the data science/analytics/big data field

  • Innate ability to understand very complex systems and distill them into clean 

and elegant solutions.
