About the Job – We are seeking a highly skilled Lead/Senior Salesforce Developer with excellent communication skills and 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and customization. This role requires hands-on expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• 14+ years of experience in end-to-end data analytics strategy, design, and architecture for Snowflake, Matillion Cloud, and AWS Cloud Services.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Warehousing (DWH), with 4 years specifically in implementing DWH on Snowflake.

Job Description:

• Design and develop/review ETL programs primarily using Matillion Cloud.

• Design and implement Data Platform projects in a large-scale enterprise data warehouse environment, with at least 2 successful implementations of Matillion with Snowflake.
• onduct technical reviews, data validation, and end-to-end testing of ETL objects, source data analysis, and data profiling.
• Handle multiple projects in parallel, participate in and deliver solution designs, working closely with the architecture team.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications for data models and ETL programs.
• Collaborate with business users to create architecture aligned with business needs.
• Lead in developing project requirements for end-to-end data integration processes using ETL for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Ensure data security and access controls are designed and implemented in Snowflake.
• Design the data warehouse and provide guidance to the team in implementation using Snowflake SnowSQL.
• Migrate data from on-premise databases and files to Snowflake.
• Apply strong understanding of ELT/ETL and integration concepts and design best practices.
• Perform performance tuning of Snowflake pipelines and troubleshoot issues quickly.
• Utilize experience in Snowsql, Snowpipe, and Snowpark.
