Manage the overall Policy and Standards Review change process inclusive of execution and reporting

• Develop relationships and coordinate with all the architecture forums inclusive, but not limited to the

Divisional Architecture Review Boards (ARBs), Central Approval Forum and other critical

groups (i.e. data architecture, project management, risk, etc.)

• Support the on-going need to modify (and improve) DGO’s processes to align and complement the

other forums and adjust as necessary.

• Create and be responsible for the metrics requirements (to Data Insights & Analysis – DI&A), and be ultimately accountable for these metrics in their quality and visualization

• Responsible for DGO’s SharePoint content for this PSR process(es) and its self-service functions.

• Create and maintain artifacts such as the PSR report card, self-assessment documentation, criticality matrix, metrics, related presentations, and other reports (organized in SharePoint and other locations), as necessary.

• Act on behalf of the DGO as the official PSR Leader and representative, accountable for making

recommendations and decisions to DGO management and to the other forums

• Create various internal presentations which provide context, content and updates on the overall

program status, progress, challenges, successes, risk, and issues

• Support prioritized portfolio of enterprise data-related projects and operations, as needed

• Work closely with Data Governance Manager and other team-members to stay aligned on priorities, projects, updates, and overall status.

  • Complete assigned project deliverables on a timely basis (e.g. internal status, use cases, process flows, operating manuals, issues and other related materials – for Change Management, Architecture, Legal, etc.)

• Liaise with Data Governance Office leaders to develop requirements for automation of the PSR

processes, at an appropriate time.

• Coordinate and manage internal working groups to support the PSR processes, as needed

• Adopt and follow industry best practices for Data Governance, Management, Quality, and Metadata and incorporate relevant ideas into daily task
