The Product Operations’ team’s mission is to accelerate the outcomes of Omnicell’s Product Management organization by driving programs and uniting cross-functional teams. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to achieve data-driven decision making. This role will be the first in the Data and Tools group within Product Management and will ultimately build out a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analytics, data engineering, and data science.
Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in building the data foundation for Product Management. Working closely with the CPO and Product leadership, you will initially work hands-on laying the groundwork for a robust data and analytics infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, connecting, and Integrating diverse data sources such as Salesforce, Pendo Analytics, ServiceNow, Telemetry and other sources
- Analyzing the aggregated, complex / large scale data and translating it into clear, actionable insights
- Developing and automating reports and dashboards
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Deep understanding of advanced data warehousing and data integration methods
- Demonstrated success in leveraging data and insights to inform business decisions
- Experience in influencing cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Strategic thinking with a proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems
- Minimum 6-8 years of data analytics and/or BI experience
- Proficiency in modern data and BI tools including SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters preferred
- 1+ years of team lead experience
- Solid understanding of technologies like AI and machine learning with a focus on practical applications for improving data management and integration processes
- Knowledge of hardware and software offerings a plus
- Knowledge of Pharmacy domain a plus
