Data Analytics Intern

Pacific Seafood offers a unique, 13-week internship program that gives interns the chance to make an immediate impact on our company. Starting with a structured orientation week at our corporate headquarters near Portland, Ore, you’ll be able to meet the team and learn the full scope of our business. Throughout the summer months, you’ll dive deep into a meaningful project for our company, which you’ll then present to our executive leadership team at the end of your internship. For graduating seniors looking to kickstart your career, there are plenty of opportunities to stay on full-time at the conclusion of your internship! This internship will focus on analyzing profitability on sales, categories, margins, weights and customers. Support senior analysts and managers by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help our organization make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data collection and management
• Data Analysis
• Reporting and documentation
• Market or competitor research
• Fillet production analysis: Monitor production statistics, such as fillet hours and fillet pounds processed.

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood
Required

• Pursuit of a Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or Operations undergraduate/graduate degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Power BI, SQL, Python

Total Compensation:
