Associate Software Engineer AI/ML

Devsinc is excited to welcome a new Associate Software Engineer specializing in AI/ML to our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with industry experts to design, implement, and optimize artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. You will be responsible for exploring data sets, building predictive models, and deploying machine learning algorithms to solve real-world challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models using various AI algorithms.
• Analyze and preprocess data to prepare it for training and testing models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and iteratively improve algorithm efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI and machine learning.
• Document model development processes and create presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of data structures and software development principles.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Prior experience with AI/ML projects is a plus but not mandatory.
