AIDR org (within Data Infra) addresses critical company problems at the intersection of data and models, delivering on our mission to enable responsible, safe and frictionless use of AI and data at Meta. Across Meta, shared problems exist related to increasing cost of privacy compliance; lack of privacy awareness in ML and Analytics dev workflow; and lack of trust and consistency in decision making. Come and be a part of this exciting space to help build data products to accelerate developer productivity and make privacy and security compliance more efficient.

As a PM supporting this org, you will help the analytics and ML community across Meta, unlock the potential of their organizations data through deep understanding and curation of their assets by working closely with two key pillars of the AIDR org - responsible for asset understanding and asset life cycle management.

Teams and areas of focus

Asset understanding pillar develops data products to serve the needs of DE’s and MLE’s across Meta to help them understand the semantics and context associated with the assets they work with (tables, models, features etc). This enables them to answer questions such as: what is the asset, which user(s) does it belong to, and what is it being used for (among others). This understanding helps unlock the potential of this data for analytics, privacy and security use cases. Our long term vision for asset understanding is a well-understood warehouse that allows us to efficiently address the problems mentioned above.

Asset lifecycle management pillar develops data products to serve the needs of DE’s and MLE’s across Meta to help them reduce the total ownership costs of assets they work with (tables, models, features etc). This enables them to unlock the potential of this data for analytics, privacy and security use cases. The long term vision for this problem domain is to enable Meta to track and manage AI and data warehouse assets (for example, training data, features and models) throughout their lifecycle meanwhile fulfilling privacy commitments and requirements efficiently.Product Manager - Data Infra Privacy and Secruity Responsibilities
