What is Expert Product- Analytics?

As a Product Expert - Analytics, you will work closely with the product management team to drive data-led decision-making for wealth management products. You will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to support the development and optimization of lending, savings, insurance, and investment products. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights, enabling the team to make strategic decisions.

What does Expert Product- Analytics do?

• Data-Driven Product Development: Assist the product management team in developing and optimizing wealth management products by utilizing data insights to inform decisions.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct comprehensive analysis using SQL, Python, R, and big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop). Extract, process, and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making across the product lifecycle.
• Product Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product KPIs, user behavior, and product performance across lending, savings, insurance, and investment verticals.
• Market & Customer Insights: Analyze customer usage patterns, lending behaviors, and savings trends to generate insights that improve product offerings and customer experiences.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and operations teams to define data requirements, optimize product features, and deliver strategic insights to stakeholders.
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Create detailed data visualizations and reports that effectively communicate key insights to the product and leadership teams.
• Big Data Frameworks: Leverage big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, and other cloud-based solutions to handle large datasets and perform advanced data analysis.
• Forecasting & Modeling: Develop predictive models to anticipate market trends, product adoption, and customer behavior using advanced statistical techniques.
• Testing & Experimentation: Collaborate with the product team to design A/B tests and experiments, analyze results, and recommend actionable insights for product improvement.Jazz is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Product- Analytics

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
• 2-5+ years of experience, experience in working in fintech and tech industry preferred with focus on data analysis or wealth management
• Managing P&L/Product Development/Growth/Segments in the Fintech/Telco/Banking/FMCG/Tech industry
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, and big data frameworks like Apache Spark and Hadoop.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) and large-scale data
• Experience & knowledge in product management and product development
• Proven experience working with product teams to analyze data and derive actionable product insights.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex datasets and identify trends, insights, and actionable strategies.
• Ability to solve complex business problems with data-driven solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business terms and strategic recommendations.
• Highly detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
