About the team
Monetization Integrity is a global team responsible for ensuring that all monetized creativity on TikTok is safe, ethical and high quality. The team aims to deliver innovative solutions to improve the advertiser experience and manage risks on TikTok. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent project management skills who is ready to learn and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and different functions across cultures and time zones to join our team.

Responsibilities :
We are looking for a motivated Ads Quality Improvement Intern to join TikTok’s Monetization Integrity team. This internship will offer you hands-on experience in optimizing policies, analyzing business workflows, and improving platform performance in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
As an intern, you will support various projects aimed at enhancing the quality of ad processes and platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with policy, technology, and operations teams to ensure we deliver a seamless, safe, and high-quality ad experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Implementation & Enforcement Optimisation: Assist in evaluating and refining advertising policies to ensure alignment with TikTok’s guidelines, while balancing user experience and revenue growth.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools and technology to monitor and enhance ad quality performance. Identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Business Workflow Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency gains and workflow improvements in ad-related processes. Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze internal data to support decision-making and improvements to ad products and processes.
- Platform Maintenance: Assist in monitoring the ad platform for issues related to quality, compliance, and functionality, working closely with engineers to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business, communications, data science, law, or social sciences related fields
- Previous experience working in data analytics, advertising, quality assurance, and/or program management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
- Familiarity with digital advertising and platform ecosystems is a plus.
