Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to address business challenges such as predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and optimization problems.
• Data Pipeline Management: Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain data pipelines that support model training and production deployment.
• Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence to apply innovative solutions to real-world problems.
• Model Evaluation & Optimization: Perform regular evaluation, fine-tuning, and optimization of models to ensure they meet performance and accuracy benchmarks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, product, and engineering, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
• Automation: Develop tools to automate repetitive tasks in data preparation, feature engineering, and model training to enhance efficiency.
• Documentation & Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and ensure proper documentation for all models, pipelines, and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience working with large-scale data systems such as Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment and orchestration.
  • Familiarity with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or other advanced machine learning techniques.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Version Control: Experience with version control tools such as Git for managing codebases and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying models via containers and microservices using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or custom dashboards.
• Industry experience in sports & entertainment is a plus
