Sky Protect is a new innovative provider of Smart home insurance in the UK. We launched in 2023 and quickly becoming an established insurance brand.

As a Pricing Analyst at Sky Protect, you’ll be helping to shape our pricing strategies through cutting-edge analysis and innovation. You’ll leverage internal and external data sources to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and make informed recommendations that enhance the customer journey.

What you'll do: 

Are you ready to make a real difference using data? As a Pricing Analyst at Sky Protect, you’ll play a key role by:

• Using internal and external data sources to perform analyses and make change recommendations

• Gaining an understanding of the insurance market and use a variety of different sources to help identify and describe changing behaviours. 

• Undertaking research to identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and rating by using new and innovative techniques. 

• Helping the implementation of price changes and the monitoring of the impacts. 

• Ensuring control and governance processes are followed, with all necessary documentation in place

• Working as part of a small, focused pricing team within the broader Sky Protect team.

What you'll bring:

• A creative mindset, ambition, and a strong desire to learn and grow

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to apply a range of tools and techniques to drive impactful improvements

• An understanding of, or a keen interest in modelling techniques and their strengths and limitations

• Solid organisational skills, ensuring delivery on time, even under tight deadlines.

• The ability to clearly explain complex concepts to a wide audience across Sky.

• A strong academic foundation in a quantitative field e.g Mathematics or Statistics.

• High numeracy skills and confidence with analytical methods and techniques.

• Knowledge of Python (a plus but not essential).

Your office base: (Flexible)

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
