What is Global Data Services Team responsible for?

Global Data Services Team is in charge of product data services solution (people, process, and technology) managing and distributing fund product data with the capability of generating reports/extracts for internal and external customers. The Team is also addressing regulatory reporting requirements.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of Intern - Data Operations Analyst?


We are currently looking for an intern who will collaborate with external platforms to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data for investment funds, as well as assist in the development and implementation of data quality control processes. The Intern’s responsibilities will include supporting permanent staff in project-related activities and daily operations.

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

  • Current student status,

  • Math / Finance / IT background,

  • Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written),

  • Computer skills with experience working in a Windows environment (Excel, Access),

  • Experience with Python and SQL would be an advantage,

  • Interest in financial data management and reporting,

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details,

  • Very good organizational skills,

  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines,

  • Self-reliance and self-discipline at work,

  • Work experience desired, but not required,

  • Available to work 25-30 hours per week within 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM frame.
