portfolio Data manager

Your key responsibilities will be:

*Product Portfolio Management: 

• Leading the PPM process
• Participating into the PPM Committees and contributing to portfolio optimization
• Reporting PPM KPI database

*Master Data Management:

• Creating new and modifying existing product master data in Sphere (global database), ensuring that database is up-to date
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and information about international and local standards
• Coordinating the Sphere and ERP Data Management workflow across all involved Departments
• Leading all data cleaning activities and project activities connected to product data

*Communication with Sales, marketing and Supply Chain team and factory in Germany and other countries in region (Austria, Swiss, Nordics, UK)
Work with SAP tool (ERP MM module) and local tools (Atrify)

*Participate in global strategic projects

 

The ideal profile:

• University education in Economics/Logistics or Technical field
• And/Or 2 years experience with SAP Master data (MM module)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Overview of Supply Chain process flow
• Knowledge of Codification standards (local/international – like GS1)
• Advanced German (B2), English on communicative level, Czech or Slovak advantage but not mandatory
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good team player
• Project Management experience is an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany
