Internship Overview: 

Join our Enable Business Intelligence (EBI) team as an intern and play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights! We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and ambitious data enthusiast to help drive innovation and work closely with our Talent & Culture (Human Resources) department.

As part of the EBI team, you will dive deep into the world of data analytics, creating dynamic Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports that directly influence decision-making across the organization. You'll actively collaborate with stakeholders, gaining firsthand experience in understanding their needs and delivering data-driven solutions that make a real impact.

This is a unique opportunity to enhance your data skills while working in a supportive environment that values creativity and teamwork. To thrive in this role, you should have a solid foundation in Microsoft Power BI and a passion for using data to tell compelling stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dashboard Development: Play a key role in designing, developing, and building end-to-end Microsoft Power BI dashboards.
• Data Preparation: Perform data cleaning and complex transformations to prepare the dataset for Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Data Visualization: Convert large and intricate datasets into clear and impactful visualizations using Power BI, making insights easily accessible to stakeholders.
• Data Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on data used in dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Presentation Preparation: Assist in compiling presentations that communicate key data findings to senior management and other internal stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Time Management: Work closely with the EBI and HR teams to deliver the dashboard and reporting requirements of HR according to deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and basic data management practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Education:

Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
